Mental health has been a phrase not spoken in agricultural and rural communities often-until recently. While the shift is welcome it is important that we keep those lines of communication open. How do you avoid burnout? How can you possibly pause and take time for yourself when there is so much to be done? Those in agriculture are 3.5 times more likely to commit suicide than the average American. Mental health is a priority for each and every agriculturalist.
